Hohenloher cuisine – regional cuisine in the restaurant Engel

Our menu is renowned for bringing together fresh and seasonal flavours.

Our region is known for its outstanding food and we include specialities such as Limburger beef, Schwäbisch-Hällische pork and local seasonal vegetables in our dishes.

We also work with local bakeries to offer you delicious regional patisserie favourites.

We offer an extensive breakfast of fresh bread and rolls, various cold cuts, jams, cereals and other tasty products in the breakfast room.

The wine list

In addition to the menu, the Hohenloher region is reflected in our wine list with many local varieties to explore. We offer an extensive range of drinks from local wines and beers to international varieties.

We can also offer a children's menu and cater for any dietary requirement.

Our restaurant is not exclusive to hotel guests, please contact us to book your table for breakfast or for a private event.


The restaurant space can accommodate 45 people directly and we can accommodate an additional 40 in our Kellergewölbe area.
