The Check-in is between 4pm and 8:30pm We can accommodate later arrival times if arranged in advance. Car parking is available in the town center just 5 minutes away from the hotel on Wertwiesenparkplatz. Check out time is 11am.

Cancellation policy
Conditions for room bookings
General terms and conditions of the Gasthof zum Engel And Gästehaus Engel for individual room bookings valid room from May 1st, 2018. ( 1 to 5 room units)
We hope to see you on your planned stay in our hotel. If this is not possible, please note the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellations must be done in writing
- Cancellations up to 10 days prior to arrival, received in writing, will incur no charges
- Cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival, received in writing, incur a charge of 20 % of the agreed services
- Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival, received in writing, will incur a charge of 80 % of the agreed services
- Cancellations on the day of arrival or in the case of a no-show will be invoiced at 100 % of the booked services
- Cancellation conditions may vary for events in the region and notice will be given in advance
In the case of a late cancellation or no show, charges for unused food and beverages (inclusive of taxes) will be deducted from the final invoice.
Rooms are guaranteed to be available for check in from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask that you vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Pets are allowed on request and depending on capacity and must be registered in advance.
Our reception at Gasthof zum Engel is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the summer months and from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the winter months. In the case of late or night arrivals, please inform us in advance.
